The moment when you can understand what you see is the moment of light when all transfigures around you and you become one with this all. The exhibition of the two young priests, Ioan Gînscă and Iulian Nistea, is a carousel of images that speak of this continuous and irrepressible search for a deeper, sometimes essential meaning, hidden in quotidian, insignificant, fugitive images, fractions of the visible spectrum. It is a continuous and irrepressible search because it is lit by faith. For them, like an Arcimboldo portrait, the text of the world is composed of notations in the minor register of existence, they being convinced that it is the notations’ very humility that leads to the comprehension of the true meaning found beyond them. ...
